At VX3, we are dedicated to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in a resalable condition during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
